The most logical, outstanding mind. Ruth Bader Ginsburg knew that male judges could only be persuaded by their own biases. So she attacked laws that injured men to illustrate exactly how sex discrimination – in either direction – is fundamentally irrational. As a law student, I remember studying Craig v Boren, the case that RBG used to change the world’s perception towards equality. And on the back of that case, she changed a whole legal system. She started a feminist revolution. And she changed the world. Like many women who go into law, I look towards her, as not only a role model, but proof, that applying logic to facts, and working bloody hard, can lead to change. Of course, privilege is a tool, we cannot ignore, and she used that to make change too. At 5ft 1, RGB was the biggest force in changing laws the world has ever known.

A pragmatic, logical legend. RGB knew that gender equality would save this world, she never accepted patriarchal laws and she never accepted misogynistic leadership. Notoriously, she fought against it. The Notorious RGB lives on forever. Rest in power Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Here are but a few tributes from the world to Justice Bader Ginsburg, she lives on through all of us:
